保健医療技術評価へのレセプト情報の活用に関する研究 Application of health insurance claims data to health and medical technology assessment レセプト情報を活用して、保健医療技術の有効性、安全性そして経済性に関する評価を行うための原理と手法を開発する。一例として薬剤の有害事象の検出をあげると、対象薬および対照薬を投与された患者群について両群の傷病構造が同一になるよう補正して、傷病名や各種診療行為の出現頻度に有意差があるかをデータマイニングの手法で分析する。傷病構造の補正のための手段として複数傷病名に一定の重みをつけて分類する原理とソフトウェアを開発している。 Developing theories and techniques to utilize data contained in health insurance claims for assessment of effectiveness, safety and cost of technologies in health and medical field. One of the applications will be a datamining tool to detect adverse reaction of phramaceutical products by comparing two patients groups given target drugs and control drugs after adjusting their case mix. Adjustment of case mix can be done by assigning a certain weight to every diagnosis listed in claims. |
